This fund boasts over one trillion yen’s worth of assets, including offices, houses, shopping complexes, logistics facilities, and hotels. In addition to continuous external growth with a focus on our sponsor pipeline, we aim to realize stable dividend growth through internal growth.

The Nomura Real Estate Private REIT, Japan's first private placement REIT
In 2010, we launched the Nomura Real Estate Private REIT, the first private placement REIT in Japan. By 2018, the assets under management exceeded 200 billion yen.
