Purpose of Use of Personal Information, etc., of Officers and Employees
Personal information, etc., of Company officers and employees (name, address, date of birth, annual income, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) shall be used for the following purposes.
Moreover, officers and employees shall include Company officers as well as employees, temporary employees, and employees transferred to the Company, and persons who used to be such.
- 1.To engage in each of the following conduct at the Company.
(1)Operations relating to personnel and labor management
(2)Operations relating to occupational health and healthcare
(3)Operations relating to determination of, payment of, or deductions from, salaries, bonuses or the like
(4)Operations relating to benefits
(5)Operations relating to social insurance
(6)Other operations - 2.To provide personal information, etc., to third parties within the scope necessary to achieve the foregoing purposes of use. (Limited to cases where the consent of officers and employees has been acquired or when pursuant to laws and regulations.)
