Investment Management Business
In our core REIT business, we manage the Nomura Real Estate Master Fund, one of the largest listed REITs in Japan, the Nomura Real Estate Private REIT, a private placement REIT, and a variety of other private placement funds and securities funds to meet investor needs.
Property Brokerage & CRE Business
Leveraging the comprehensive capabilities of the Group, we provide a wide range of services such as CRE strategic support and trading support.
