Business Description
We aim to create a "connected city" that serves as a vital node between the Tokyo bay area, which is poised for further growth, and the heart of the city.
At BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA, positioned in the front row of the sky and sea in central Tokyo, we create unique waterfront lifestyles. Through area management activities in collaboration with the surrounding community, we will promote co-creative urban development together with local stakeholders.

BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA
This project involves constructing twin towers approximately 230m high as a rebuilding of the Hamamatsucho Building (Toshiba Building: 1-1-1 Shibaura, Minato-ku, Tokyo) (TOWER S: completed in February 2025; TOWER N: scheduled for completion in FY2031/3).
This is a large-scale mixed-use development project spanning approximately 10 years, with a site area of about 4.7 hectares, a total floor area of about 550,000㎡, and a scope that includes offices, a hotel, retail stores, and residences.
Leveraging the location's characteristics to create a "connecting town" linking the Bay Area with central Tokyo, we promote co-creative urban development with local stakeholders through area management activities while working to expand the water transportation network.
The luxury hotel Fairmont makes its first appearance in Japan as "Fairmont Tokyo" on the upper floors of TOWER S. The middle floors house one of the largest office floors in Tokyo under the theme of "TOKYO WORKation." The main feature is a common-use space that utilizes the natural environment and spans an entire floor, covering about 5,000 m2. The lower floors and exterior areas are for commercial use, accommodating around 30 stores, most of which are restaurants, under the theme of the "Community Hub of the Town." Beyond eating, everyone can use these areas as a public space and spend time there as they like.
