Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the completion of our first logistics facility outside Japan (the “Facility”) within the “Cavite Project”, promoted through Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (“FNG”), our joint venture company with major Philippine developer Federal Land, Inc. (Head office: Makati, Metro Manila; Chairman: Alfred V. Ty). The development is a large-scale suburban township development of approximately 600 hectares in Cavite Province,Philippines.
