Singapore-Based Capella Hotel Group Makes Its Tokyo Debut
“Capella Tokyo” Scheduled to Open in 2030

- Capella Hotels and Resorts, a hotel brand ranked No. 1 in the world for three consecutive years(*1), makes its debut in Tokyo
- The hotel will be located on the upper floors of a 54-story, approximately 200-meter-tall high-rise mixed-use development in the Roppongi area of Minato Ward
- Approximately 500 residential units within the development will be supported by integrated hotel services, creating added value unique to a mixed-use project
Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Daisaku Matsuo) and Capella Hotel Group (Head Office: Singapore; President: Roland Fasel) are pleased to announce that Capella Hotels and Resorts, the luxury hotel brand operated by Capella Hotel Group, will make its first appearance in Tokyo as part of Nishi-Azabu 3-chome Northeast Region First-Class Urban Area Redevelopment Project, in which Nomura Real Estate participates as a participating developer.
The hotel will be named “Capella Tokyo” and is scheduled to open in 2030.
